Job Overview

The data analyst is in charge of monitoring our reporting frameworks and data systems and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data. The ideal applicant will convert unstructured data into organized information, which will subsequently be examined to extract insights that inspire tactical business choices. A whole analytical lifecycle, including requirement collection, activity execution, and design planning, is covered in this role. In order to identify areas for improvement, data analysts are responsible for overseeing performance and quality assurance procedures, as well as improving analytical and reporting capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assure the maintenance of databases and data systems by gathering information from primary and secondary sources.
  • Find, investigate, and interpret patterns or trends in complex datasets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have a strong background in statistics, hands-on expertise with statistical software (such Excel, SPSS, SAS), and proficiency with SQL, Python, and R, among other data analysis languages.
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical skills to accurately and thoroughly gather, organize, analyze, and present large data sets.
  • Able to critically assess data in order to extract insightful knowledge that can be put to use.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and presentation skills; be skilled at breaking down intricate data findings for non-technical audiences.
  • It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or a similar field; previous experience in data analysis or a related field is helpful.
